## Candidate Requirements

1. Educational Background: A minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in a relevant field.
2. Industry Experience: At least 2 years of proven, hands-on experience within the palm oil plantation sector.

4. Management Skills: Strong analytical capabilities combined with excellent operational management proficiency.
